UX Writing & Content Strategy: The HeartMath App & HRV Coherence Sensor
Roles: UX Copywriting, Information Architecture, User Journey Mapping, Wire Frame Review, Program Scriptwriting, Instructional Design, Marketing Campaign Writing, Brand Voice.
Deliverables: UX Copy (app wide), UX Content Strategy, User Journey Mapping, Review and Edits of all Wireframes and app features. Scriptwriting for 5 multi-day meditation journeys within the app. Information architecture and organization of all meditation and e-learning content in the app.

Marketing Product Launch: HeartMath’s New HRV Coherence Sensor and App
Roles: Marketing Campaign Director, Strategist, Copywriter, Design Director
Developed and executed the marketing campaign strategy for HeartMath’s largest product launch in the last 5 years. This includes brand voice and style guides; email marketing campaign journey for their consumer, partner and professional sectors; copywriting and design team management in Figma; copy and graphics for website marketing; copy and graphics for ad campaigns; team management and weekly meetings with HeartMath’s CEO and CMO.

14 Professionally Written and Designed Emails with Graphics (Figma) to HeartMaths Consumer, Business and Partner Sectors.

I managed two UX Designers, a Project Manager, a Software Developer and gave weekly presentations to a group of 12 employees including the CEO and CMO.

The Meditation School App
Roles: UX Writer, UX Content Strategist, Information Architecture, UX Team Management
Deliverables: Wrote all user copy within the app; developed the app’s User Journey, wireframes, brand voice, and user avatars. Organized over 200 hours of meditation-based e-learning content into a cohesive app. Managed a UI designer, graphic designer, software designer and staff admin.
Results: A beautiful and enjoyable meditation app with 200+ hours of expert-guided meditation and mindfulness practices to help you feel calm, clear, and balanced every day.

HeartMath: Year-Long Trauma Practitioner Certification
The What: We developed a professional HearthMath certification for professionals working in a therapeutic relationship with individuals who have experienced trauma. This includes therapists, social workers, nurses, doctors, and the like.

Deliverables: I Performed an Instructional Design Review and User Experience Research of HeartMath’s Trauma Practitioner Certification. Video Editing. Copywriting. Copywriting and Editing of all program handouts and quizzes. Designed, copywriting and copyeditng for program sales page.
Results: A 12 hour training for health professionals that over 3,000 learners have completed.

Deliverables:
Re-branded the HeartMath Health Professional division including their homepage and three long-form sales pages for their Health Professional Trainings.
Created branding and brand guidelines for their email communications with the Health Professional Segment of their business.
Wrote all copy and UX elements for these four pages.
Guided the development of all graphics, brand language and brand guidelines.
Created the initial user journey, page structure and wireframes for the UX team.
Worked 1:1 with the UX Designer and Software Developer to complete each round of page mock-ups and the final developed pages.
Managed a UX Designer, Software Developer while working in tandem with the three owners of this division within the company.

Teacher of Entreprenuership and Business
In the 250-Hour Meditation Teacher Training Program I still teach a 4-month Curriculum on Entrepreneurship for our students and have now guided 75 students through this curriculum on Zoom. I taught this curriculum in 2023 and 2024.
Deliverables: In 2023 and 2024, I taught 4, 2-hour classes per training. I also run two monthly small groups with classes over four months for student pools of 8-10 people on Zoom, as well as teach many private coaching sessions within the training.

Sounds True: Online Summit Production
I Produced ten, 10-Day Online Summits for Sounds True Publishing over a three year period. Guests included dozens of NYT’s bestselling authors, world-leading scientists and leading voices including Eckhart Tolle, Marianna Williamson, Alanis Morissette, Jewel, the CEO of Patagonia, Richie Davidson, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Tara Brach, Clarissa Pinkola-Estes, Robert Wright, Wim Hof and more.
Roles: Event Producer, Marketing Director, Copywriting
Deliverables: Developed the concept and curriculum for each online summit including the topic and guest list, directed a team of 12 people including web designers, copywriters, cinematographers, and project managers. Copywriting and copyediting for scrips, emails and event pages. Provided feedback on all graphics and copy. Wrote invitation letters. Managed the studio calendar for guest booking. Organized and executed project timelines. Interfaced with the company CEO.
Event Details: Each online summit was 10 days long and had 20-30 speakers. Each speaker spoke for an hour on a related topic, pre-recorded via video in Sounds True’s studio. Event aired “live” over to days and then sold evergreen.
Results: I lead production for 10 online summits over a three year period. During this time I also produced many online courses, audio courses and acquired and developed books including a NYT’s bestselling book.

Sounds True: Online Course, Audio Course and Podcast Production
I acquired and produced 6 online video courses, 22 long-form audio courses, 3 year-long certification trainings and 164 podcast episodes in my time at Sounds True. I also acquired and helped to develop 3 books (including Wim Hof’s book, Sounds True’s first NYT’s bestseller). I was also the Creative Producer of their weekly podcast for 3.5 years which averaged 400,000 monthly listeners.
Deliverables:
Headhunted and acquired established psychotherapists, spiritual teachers and industry leading experts for developing programs.
As a 30 year old professional in an older company, I was responsible for helping usher Sounds True into the modern era in their marketplace and genre. Our focus was to expand their customer base to include different segments of younger audiences while maintaining serving their existing customer base.
Curriculum development with the teachers and authors including chapter by chapter content, title, sub-title and marketing content for the website, program sales pages, ads and emails. High level curriculums for summits and year-long certifications.
