My Personal Journey
My journey as an intuitive and energy healer began in 2008 after an initial, natural and sporadic transcendent awakening. Following that and new interests in yoga, meditation and tantra, I started to have very frequent transcendant experiences that spurred a 15 year process of personal discovery, spiritual training, deep healing and integration, as well as deep energetic, spiritual and self realignment.
Along with these experiences, I quickly became aware of my senses (we all have them!) to perceive subtle energy, access heightened and Transcendent states of consciousness and to perceive my own Soul, Spirit, subtle-energy bodies, subtle emotions, inner-selves, memories, past-lives, different timelines and other aspects outside space & time — in myself and in others.
I’m certified in teaching energy-based yoga, mindfulness, intuitive reading, breathwork and reiki, but my primary training has come through consistent healing and transformation over the the last 15 years of daily practice — and, 4+ years of committed mentorship (over 300 sessions!) with various intuitive healers, shamanic practitioners, therapists, shadow work guides, shamans and energy healers, a few of whom I owe a large debt of gratitude.

2011 - 2019, Received psychotherapy from a dozen psychotherapists across many modalities and traditions. 100+ hours of personal integration work. A deep learning for what works and doesn’t, how to safely and deeply hold space for others, how to hold safe, personal boundaries, how to stay present, how to track triggers and how to do the deep work safely and at a healthy pace.

2009 - Present: Receiving and studying psychotherapy during growth periods. I’ve worked in committed containers with multiple dozens of shamans, shamanic healers, energy healers, intuitive readers, psychotherapists, and more. I have received over 300 healing sessions myself, developing a very nuanced awareness of the healing process, safety, what works and what does not in these sacred containers.
