My journey began in 2008 with a series of awakenings and transcendant experiences started to unfold. I thereafter connected to my abilities to connect to and sense the Divine, subtle energies and energy bodies, nuanced emotions, inner-selves, altered states and other elements of our reality. Little did I know, my path was really about healing and returning to self-love and self-worth.
While I’m a trained digital producer and researcher, as well as yoga and meditation teacher, intuitive healer, reiki practitioner and breathwork facilitator, I’ve been fortunate to step into coaching and supporting over 300 industry leading healers and teachers in the growth of their business. Spirit-aligned business requires a new relation with life, as well as new ways of aligning with our energy and of thinking, feeling, trusting and stepping up into our power — death and rebirth — and all of us need coaching and guidance at various stages.
