What is the Healer’s Lab?
This is a twice monthly, group coaching, biz strategy and energetic-growth portal for spiritual entrepreneurs and healers who desire strategy, community support, practices, and accountability to expand their passions, services, and heart’s work into tangible and sustainable businesses.
The program includes class group coaching, private coaching (optional), a Whatsapp Group, spaceholding, safe vulnerability, and peer support to amplify the evolution of our purposes individually and collectively, as we birth our soul’s work into the world.

The group size will be limited for personal and breakout room support.
How It Works
We meet for 90 minutes, twice-monthly during the 12 weeks for group coaching, peer support, strategic planning, accountability, deep connecting, and learning! Clarify your strategy and vision, take consistent steps, meet resistance and shadows, and amplify the energy and inspiration in community.
We’ll have group coaching Q&A, breakout rooms and check-in’s, individual HW, Slack accountability, and we’ll learn strategies as well as shift energy and blocks based on what’s alive for the group. We connect every 2nd and 4th Sunday from 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm EST/ 9:00 am - 10:30 am PST over Zoom. If you cannot meet at this time, please reach out and share what weeknight works for you.

PRIVATE COACHING (OPTIONAL):
60 minute coaching and strategy sessions are available to “add on” at a discount until December 15th. After, the rate will return to my normal rate.
1 or 2 sessions available per student.
ACCOUNTABILITY & SUPPORT:
Part of the training will involve clarifying your ongoing seasonal vision for 2024, identifying and taking aligned steps, meeting and moving through resistance, and shifting your energy and mindset. We’ll have community on Slack, in break out rooms, and there are optional private calls.
PAYMENT:
$250/ month for 3 months or $700 up-front. ($25 monthly discount for MTT students through Dec 15th)
Private coaching session for $150/ month (add on). Sessions are normally $185 - $250 pending on the size of your business.
First payment holds your spot and covers January. Payment resumes Feb 1
What We’ll Do!
Collectively, we will come together to share where we’re at vulnerability, our resistances, visions that excite us, what growth we’re moving through, challenges, goals, our success, and places we need clarity or support. We will clarify our goals and craft tangible strategies with action steps to take each week and month, as well as will support ourselves and each other on this part of our journey. As a group, we’ll connect and raise our energy, inspiration, and momentum together!
We will also meet the resistance that arises as we heal and take entrepreneurial steps..
Having a sustainable spiritual business can be joyful, fun, and expansive. I’m not just saying this! I have personally created one and have worked with, coached, and crafted strategies and trainings for over 400 industry leading healers and teachers, including Sounds True, HeartMath, Eckhart Tolle’s team, Jack Kornfield, Sharon Salzberg, Robert Wright, Wim Hof, Steven Kotler, David Gandelman, Revelation Breathwork, and countless others! I used to wonder why I “fell” into the role of coaching leaders in this space, but it’s given me a gift of being able to amplify the confidence, gifts, and dreams within others.
I am passionate about creating an economy where people can safely dream and put their heart’s desires and soul’s gifts into action. We truly are co-creating a new space where the currency of exchange is the value of our natural purpose, heart’s gifts, and talents. These are the exchanges of value that have changed my world — both giving and receiving! However, we are learning to think, make decisions, act, envision, create, and to co-create differently as we build this together.

About Your Facilitator.
I have been fortunate to support over 400 industry-leading healers, meditation and yoga teachers, breathwork facilitators, psychotherapists, and orgs as an intuitive coach, business strategist, training producer, and marketing strategist. I am also a clairvoyant reader and trauma-informed energy healer.

FAQs
How often will we meet and how many group-coaching calls are there?
We will meet twice a month on Zoom for 90 minutes, as a group during this 3 month container we are co-creating. I’ll also pop in and out of Slack weekly, as well as will facilitate those channels for engagement and interaction among each other. If you sign-up for private coaching, we will additionally meet 60 minutes on Zoom for strategy, coaching, and shifting resistance..
How many people are you open to being in the container?
The container will have 12 students max, but 6-8 would also be brilliant. I will keep the container small enough that we all get personal time to share each session. We will also have break-out rooms each week to have more personal exchanges.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available for 7 days after purchase. No refunds will be issued beyond this time window. The space is limited to 10-12 students and so spaces need to be held for those who are committed to this particular growth and this container to attend!
What are some of the strategies we might learn and work on?
This container will be a mix of vulnerability and meeting our resistance, clarifying our over-arching strategies, branding and services, taking aligned and consistent steps each week and month towards our vision, and throwing mud at the wall creatively and play. We’ll craft and clarify our over arching stratgies, services at different levels of your funnel, get clear on what excites your body and spirit, clarify branding, set-up tech, and learn different entrepreneurial strategies that work.
All of this said, with all the knowledge you can acquire, navigating and being on the journey is where people tend to get caught, and a group, we can amplify and accelerate our processes for a particular growth period we are moving through!
We’ll also be learning how to discern what’s available and what lights you up that meets the needs of yourself and your clients.
What are some of your strategies with entrepreneurship?
Well, I have coached a lot of people and no business looks alike on the inside, and no journey was the same. So, we can work with different strategies that act as a “sustainable container” for your passions, spirit and services to flow into. We also each get to “bake” or “mature” and grow into ourselves at each stage. We can look at how many students you’d like to have in different service types, the ways you enjoy teaching and serving, and your financial goals to envision, strategize and plan backwards. There’s no “one way” to do it! It’s a process involving energetics, strategy, intuition, self-trust, confidence building, skill-building, love, and a whole lot more — but I PROMISE YOU, you are not all that different (at all) from the hundreds of people I’ve worked with who’s businesses may seem far away.
